Effective Date: June 13, 2026
1. Introduction & Scope
CPA Advisory Growth, LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting the privacy and confidentiality of the information you provide. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our website (the "Site"), communicate with us, or engage our services. It applies to information collected through the Site, by phone or email, and in the course of providing our advisory infrastructure services.
This policy is intended to address the requirements of comprehensive U.S. state privacy laws, including those of California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, Oregon, Montana, Florida, Delaware, Iowa, Indiana, Tennessee, New Jersey, New Hampshire, Nebraska, Minnesota, Maryland, and other states as such laws take effect. Where a specific state grants rights beyond those described in the general sections, the State-Specific Disclosures in Section 10 control for residents of that state.
PLEASE NOTE
By using our Site, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy. Where applicable law requires consent for a specific processing activity, we will obtain that consent as required rather than relying on your general use of the Site.
2. Information We Collect
We collect the categories of information described below, depending on how you interact with us.
Information You Provide
When you submit a consultation request or communicate with us, we may collect:
- Full name
- Firm name and your role
- Email address and phone number
- Approximate firm revenue and business goals
- Any other information you choose to provide in your communications
Information Collected Automatically
- IP address and browser type
- Pages visited and time spent on the Site
- Referring website or source
- Device type and operating system
Information From Third Parties
We may receive information from service providers and from publicly available business sources where relevant to evaluating or delivering the services you have requested.
3. Engagement Data & Blind Ingestion Protocol
During active advisory engagements, Partner Firms may submit anonymized financial data through our blind ingestion protocol. This data is processed exclusively for blueprint construction and is handled under our confidentiality protocols.
Our blind-data protocol is designed so that client-identifying information is separated from the financial analysis data used to build advisory blueprints. Anonymized analysis data submitted during an active engagement is destroyed upon blueprint completion and delivery, in accordance with the retention practices described in Section 12.
ANONYMIZED DATA
Data that has been effectively anonymized so it can no longer be reasonably associated with an identified or identifiable individual is generally outside the scope of personal-information obligations under most privacy laws. To the extent any engagement data remains identifiable, we treat it as personal information under this policy.
4. How We Use Your Information
- To respond to consultation requests and evaluate partnership potential
- To deliver our advisory infrastructure services
- To communicate updates regarding your engagement
- To operate, maintain, secure, and improve our Site and services
- To comply with legal, regulatory, and recordkeeping obligations
- To detect, prevent, and respond to fraud and unauthorized access
We do not use your information for purposes that are incompatible with those described here without providing notice or obtaining consent where required.
5. Legal Bases & Purposes of Processing
We process personal information to perform the services you request, to comply with our legal obligations, to pursue our legitimate business interests (such as securing and improving our services) in a manner consistent with your rights, and based on your consent where required. We limit our collection and processing to what is reasonably necessary and proportionate for the disclosed purposes.
6. How We Share & Disclose Information
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral (targeted) advertising as those terms are defined under applicable law. We may disclose information only in the following circumstances:
- Service Providers / Processors: With trusted vendors who assist in operating the Site or conducting our business (such as hosting, communications, and analytics), under contracts that limit their use of the information to providing those services.
- Legal & Compliance: When required by law, subpoena, court order, or governmental regulation, or to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
- Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate confidentiality protections.
- Protection: To protect the rights, property, or safety of CPA Advisory Growth, our clients, or others.
- With Your Direction or Consent: When you direct us to share information or otherwise consent.
NO SALE & NO TARGETED ADVERTISING | NO OPT-OUT LINK PROVIDED
CPA Advisory Growth does not sell personal information, does not sell products through this Site, and does not share or disclose personal information for cross-context behavioral (targeted) advertising as those terms are defined under applicable state privacy laws. We also do not engage in profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects. Because we do not sell, share, or target, we are not required to and do not provide a "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" or "Your Privacy Choices" opt-out link. If our practices ever change, we will update this policy and provide any opt-out link and mechanism required by law before engaging in any such activity.
7. Cookies & Tracking Technologies
Our Site may use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Site, enhance your browsing experience, and analyze Site usage:
- Essential Cookies: Required for core Site functionality.
- Analytics Cookies: Help us understand how visitors interact with the Site.
- Preference Cookies: Remember your settings and preferences.
You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling certain cookies may affect Site features but will not prevent you from viewing content. Where required, we honor browser- or device-based opt-out preference signals (such as Global Privacy Control).
8. Your Privacy Rights (All Consumers)
Subject to verification and applicable legal exemptions, you may have the following rights regarding personal information we hold about you:
- Right to Access / Know: To confirm whether we process your personal information and to obtain a copy and details about our processing.
- Right to Correct: To request correction of inaccurate personal information.
- Right to Delete: To request deletion of personal information, subject to legal retention obligations.
- Right to Data Portability: To obtain a copy of certain information in a portable format.
- Right to Object / Opt Out: To object to certain processing, and to opt out of any sale, targeted advertising, or qualifying profiling, where applicable.
- Right to Non-Discrimination: To not receive discriminatory treatment for exercising your rights.
- Right to Appeal: To appeal a denied request where the applicable state provides an appeal process.
- Right to Withdraw Consent: Where processing is based on consent.
9. How to Exercise Your Rights
You (or an authorized agent) may submit a request using the contact methods in Section 17. We will take reasonable steps to verify your identity before responding, which may require confirming information we already hold about you.
We respond within the timeframe required by applicable law (generally 45 days, with an extension where permitted). There is no fee for most requests, though we may charge a reasonable fee or decline requests that are excessive, repetitive, or manifestly unfounded, as permitted by law.
If we deny your request, you may appeal by contacting us using the same methods; we will respond to appeals within the period required by your state's law and, where applicable, inform you how to contact your state Attorney General if you have concerns.
10. State-Specific Privacy Disclosures
California (CCPA/CPRA)
California residents have the rights to know, access, correct, and delete personal information; to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information; and to limit the use of sensitive personal information. Because CPA Advisory Growth does not sell or share personal information (including for cross-context behavioral advertising), no "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" or "Your Privacy Choices" link is required or provided. California residents also have a right to non-discrimination for exercising these rights and may use an authorized agent to submit requests. Categories of personal information we collect are described in Section 2; the business purposes for collection are in Section 4; and the categories of recipients are in Section 6. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16.
"Shine the Light" (Cal. Civ. Code § 1798.83): We do not disclose personal information to third parties for their own direct marketing purposes.
Virginia (VCDPA), Colorado (CPA), Connecticut (CTDPA), Montana (MCDPA), Texas (TDPSA), Oregon (OCPA), Delaware (DPDPA), New Jersey (NJDPA), New Hampshire, Nebraska, Minnesota, Maryland, and Similar States
Residents of these states may have rights to confirm and access their personal data; correct inaccuracies; delete personal data; obtain a portable copy; and opt out of (i) the sale of personal data, (ii) targeted advertising, and (iii) certain profiling in furtherance of decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects. We do not sell personal data, conduct targeted advertising, or engage in such profiling. You may appeal a denied request as described in Section 9. Some states (such as Oregon) also allow you to request a list of specific third parties to whom we have disclosed personal data.
Utah (UCPA) and Iowa (ICDPA)
Residents of Utah and Iowa have rights to access, delete, and obtain a portable copy of personal data, and to opt out of the sale of personal data and targeted advertising. We do not sell personal data or engage in targeted advertising.
Florida (FDBR)
Where applicable, Florida residents have rights to access, correct, delete, and obtain a copy of personal data, and to opt out of the sale of personal data, targeted advertising, and certain profiling. Applicability depends on statutory thresholds.
Nevada
Nevada residents may submit a verified request directing us not to sell certain covered information. We do not sell covered information as defined under Nevada law.
CCO/LEGAL REVIEW NEEDED
State coverage thresholds (consumer counts and revenue) determine which of these state laws actually bind CPA Advisory Growth. This section is drafted to be over-inclusive for safety; legal counsel should confirm which states apply and trim accordingly. Counsel should also confirm whether any engagement/blind-protocol data is truly anonymized (and therefore out of scope) or merely pseudonymized (and therefore still personal data), and whether any business-to-business or professional-services exemptions apply.
11. Data Security
We implement industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information, including:
- Encrypted data transmission (SSL/TLS)
- Secure server infrastructure
- Access controls limiting data access to authorized personnel
- Regular security assessments
- Our blind-data protocol, designed to separate client-identifying information from financial analysis data
No method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure. While we work to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security. In the event of a data breach affecting your personal information, we will provide notice as required by applicable law.
12. Data Retention
We retain personal information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Consultation request data is retained for 24 months unless an active engagement is established. Anonymized analysis data submitted during active engagements is destroyed upon blueprint completion and delivery, in accordance with our confidentiality protocols. When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.
13. Children's Privacy
Our Site and services are directed to businesses and adults and are not intended for individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have collected information from a minor, please contact us using the methods in Section 17, and we will take steps to delete it promptly.

Our Site may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of these external sites. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party sites you visit.
