1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the CPA Advisory Growth website (the "Site") or any services provided by CPA Advisory Growth, LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, you may not access or use the Site or Services. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and CPA Advisory Growth, LLC.
2. Description of Services
CPA Advisory Growth provides strategic advisory infrastructure services to independent CPA firms ("Partner Firms"). Our services include, but are not limited to:
- Algorithmic client discovery and pipeline analysis
- Blind case analysis and structural blueprint construction
- Value-based pricing strategy consultation
- White-labeled advisory deliverables
- Ongoing strategic partnership support
3. Important Regulatory Disclaimers
CPA Advisory Growth is NOT:
- A registered investment adviser under the Investment Advisers Act of 1940
- A broker-dealer registered with FINRA or the SEC
- An insurance company or licensed insurance producer
- A law firm or provider of legal services
- A CPA firm or provider of direct tax preparation services
We provide backend infrastructure and strategic analysis exclusively to licensed CPA firms. We do not provide investment advice, legal counsel, or tax preparation services directly to end clients. All client-facing engagements are the sole responsibility of the Partner Firm.
4. No Guarantee of Results
All statistics, projections, revenue estimates, and case study outcomes referenced on this Site or in our materials are representative examples only and are not guarantees of future performance. Individual results may vary significantly based on factors including but not limited to: client demographics, market conditions, regulatory changes, firm capabilities, implementation quality, and economic environment. Past performance is not indicative of future results.
5. Confidentiality
All information exchanged between CPA Advisory Growth and Partner Firms during the evaluation, ingestion, and blueprint construction phases is treated as strictly confidential. Our blind-data protocol ensures that client-identifying information is stripped from all analysis materials. Specific confidentiality terms are governed by separate Non-Disclosure Agreements executed between the parties.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site—including text, graphics, logos, images, and software—is the property of CPA Advisory Growth, LLC and is protected by United States copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this Site without our prior written consent.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CPA Advisory Growth, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Site or Services, regardless of the theory of liability. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amounts paid by you for the specific services giving rise to the claim during the twelve (12) months preceding the event.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CPA Advisory Growth, LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or related to your use of the Site or Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law or rights of any third party.
9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Charlotte, North Carolina, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The prevailing party shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorneys' fees and costs.
10. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Site. Your continued use of the Site or Services after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
11. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Site and Services at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Site and Services will immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnification, and limitations of liability.
